has become relevant to a social group as a part of
their remembrance of historic times or cultural
heritage, due to its artistic, historical, political,
technical or architectural importance.

In Europe there are many monuments, all of then are very
famous and a great tourist destination. Many people visit them
every year. Especially the Eifel Tower. Today I will show the top

pisa
The construction of the Tower began in 1173. Originally designed to be a
bell tower, it stood upright for over 5 years, but when the third floor was
completed in 1178 it began to lean. Italians were shocked by the event, as
the tower began to lean ever so slightly..

Big Ben is the nickname for the Great Bell of the striking clock at
the north end of the Palace of Westminster, although the name is

2012, to mark the Diamond Jubilee of Elizabeth II, Queen of the
United Kingdom.

The Hall of Mirrors is a grand Baroque style gallery and one of
the most emblematic rooms in the royal Palace of Versailles
near Paris, France. The grandiose ensemble of the Hall and its
adjoining salons was intended to illustrate the power of the
absolutist monarch Louis XIV.

The Columbus Monument is a 60 m tall monument to
Christopher Columbus at the lower end of La Rambla,
Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. It was constructed for the
Exposición Universal de Barcelona in honor of Columbus' first
voyage to the Americas.

The Republic Monument is a notable monument located at
Taksim Square in Istanbul, Turkey, to commemorate the
formation of the Turkish Republic in 1923.
13. Trevi Fountain, Rome,
Italy
The Trevi Fountain is a fountain in the Trevi district in Rome,
Italy, designed by Italian architect Nicola Salvi and completed
by Giuseppe Pannini and several others. Standing 26.3 metres
high and 49.15 metres wide, it is the largest Baroque fountain
in the city and one of the most famous fountains in the world.
