The first war in the history was took place at Mesopotamia (Iran) 2700 BCE between
Sumer and Elam, Sumer was the first urban civilization in southern Iraq and Elam was
the ancient pre Iranian civilization in southwest Iran, Sumer was defeated the Elam
at this war.
Major wars;
The two major wars in the history are world war first and world war second these are
considered the most deadliest war of the history.

Proxy war
The types of war in which dialogues propaganda and other warfare are used as a

and India or Afghanistan proxy war have become very common in modern era
because propaganda and dialogues are used more then weapons, because there is
no possibilities of real war due to being atomic power of every country.
Major causes of war
There are some major causes of war which have been briefly discussed as under;
These are the causes which are merely responsible for war.
Economic Gain
Economic gain is the main cause of war because in the history as well as now a days
different conflict are producing just for the resources like oil, minerals, mines, water and
much more, so economic problem is declared to be the main cause of war.
Ineffective Foreign Policy
If the international relation a country become weak there must be the chances of war

countries and misunderstanding often leads to conflict. So international relation should be
more effective for the better foreign policy of any country.
Territorial Gain
There are many war have been fought for the territory so territory is also the main cause
of war, if a country realise that it needs some peace of land for agriculture or for other
purposes then it select the way of war to gain some peace of land.
Religion

which are being fought just because of religion, not only history there are also religious
conflict in modern era example Shia and Sunni conflict in Pakistan and Catholic and
Protestant US Cristians.
Nationalism
If a country start war against other country just in aim to express its superiority on other
country, example America is involved in every affair of the world to show its dominancy.
Civil War
 If there is civil war in a country there may be the chances of war by other country
because the civil war male the country weak and it encourage the enemy country to
attack.
 Revolutionary War
If the large section of a population of a country strike against the government or other
ruling body is said to be revolutionary war, like Dharna.
Defensive or primitive War
“We will attack them before they attack us”
A defensive war is being fought against other country just because of the fair that they will
