- Creating dynamic public space in the center for inhabit-
ants and visitors
- Focusing main public facilities in the center of commu-
nity.
- Creating a mix between residents and visitors.
- Connecting 4 islets with gardens and pedestrian areas.
- Reinforcing center’s attractivity by staging North access
of the system by creating perspectives and access thus
recovering the flow coming from future commercial zones
developed on the banks of the river to the North.

Assistant architect in charge of the 2D/3D layouts
Program: (4450m²)
- Complex that can accommodate 250 people with
conference rooms, offices.
- Separate technical equipment on 2 levels
- Radio broadcast tower and car park
The identity of the building relies on a game between
the external volume unit of the building and “Bursting” of
interior spaces. The point is to establish an active and
decentralized way to work in a contemporary architecture,
thus creating a link between the interior and the outdoor
through patios, transparent floors and canopies.
7. Villa Thomas Resort (Kep, Kingdom of Cambodia)

Program: (12500m²)
Villa Thomas originally had 12 bungalows (7 singles, 5
doubles), a villa and an outdoor kitchen.
- Extension / renovation of some bungalows as well
as the general design of the resort to provide a greater
number of visitors from calm in an atmosphere of stand-
ing.
- Creation of rooms with terrace luxury
2 buildings of 4 bedrooms
1 building of 12 rooms
Totally 32 units with 35 beds including 5 bungalows
with jacuzzis, swimming pool, spa, extension of the
outdoor kitchen, reception, reception / shop and
car park.
