More than 38 years experience in project engineering, project controls, estimating,
design, fabrication, repair, commissioning and on-stream maintenance of natural gas,
chemical and fuel refinery piping and equipment. I also have a great deal of supportive
background in civil/structural design and construction; extensive knowledge of the many
governing codes such as ASME Sections I through IX, and all parts thereof; API Codes;
AWS Codes (B31.1 and B31.3); DOT (Department of Transportation); TEMA and the NBIC
(National Board Inspection Code). I have been involved a great deal in positions of field
engineering, mechanical design, piping design, front end loading, plant layout and
maintenance of mechanical equipment and modular units. I have also maintained key
leadership roles during review of contracts, drawings and specifications of capital expansion
equipment prior to being issued for purchase and construction.
Former co-founder of Chem-Fab Inc., Freeport, Texas. A major manufacturing and field
service corporation supplying Dow Chemical, BASF, Conoco/Phillips, and surrounding
smaller companies with turn-key construction packages. The services of my company also
provided on-site boiler and vessel repair, boiler re-tubing, process and power piping
fabrication and installation, heat exchanger re-tubing, and turn-around support. The website

Hess Oil Corp., Bakken Oil Fields, North Dakota (7/2012 thru 5/2014)

Construction of four Dew Point Systems being added to recently existing compressor
stations. This project also included the engineering and construction of a sixteen bay NGL
rail-car loading facility for Hess Oil.
Anadarko Oil and Gas fields; Eagle Ford, south Texas (3/2012 thru 6/2012)
Field Commissioning Engineer, PSM Manager
Duties were to perform as-built walk-downs as well as formulation of the PSM programs
for three oil and gas collection facilities owned and operated by Anadarko.
