• The Ad Hoc Committee on ASHE History began in January 2003. The
committee’s primary activity in the past year has been oral history
interviews, conducted by different members of the committee. These
interviews resulted in an accepted session for the 2005 ASHE
conference, “Re-Professionalizing Higher Education Scholarship:
Interrogating ASHE's History,” with presentations by several professionals.

Each student will research a significant higher education website and report back to their peers. This investigation should include the web address, purpose or mission, sources of information available, and suggested uses for the website by those involved in the study of higher education. In order to avoid duplication of reports, students should list their selections via the google doc link during the first few weeks of the course. The student will provide information that conveys the attributes of the website via PowerPoint (8 to 10 slides). This report constitutes 15% of your final grade and is due on Monday, June 4. 2012 by 11:30pm
