 Directly report to Mayor.
 Responsibilities include: delivery of all communication from all branches of City Hall
on website, radio, television and social media, with direct responsibility for all facets of
Anderson TV and CityofAnderson.com.
 Plan and produce exceptional city events that have exceeded all prior attendance
records and community expectations, including the City’s Sesquicentennial Birthday Bash,
the NTN factory groundbreaking, and several ribbon cutting ceremonies celebrating new and
renewed businesses.
 Conceived and produced the City of Anderson’s First Annual #HireAnderson Job
Fair, which produced more job opportunities for citizens of Anderson than any known one-
day event.
 Create and implement various marketing campaigns for the City of Anderson.
 Specialize in establishing systems and building teams for various projects most
notably for further development of Anderson TV. Negotiated public/private relationships
between Anderson TV and Anderson University, Anderson Public Library and Anderson
Community School Corporation. Conceived and produced 4 original television series.
Created and maintained relationships with Anderson businesses.
 Teach courses on Radio and Television at Anderson High and D26 Schools.
 Integral member of the Economic Development Team, marketing the City of
Anderson to potential new businesses and creating an atmosphere of conversation and
cooperation.
2011 – 2014 RadYap Social Media Management, LLC Anderson, IN

 Provided Social Media and Google AdWords Campaign Management for
businesses.
 Responsibilities included: Developing comprehensive public relations and
marketingplans for businesses withconcentrationontheirsocial mediapresence/advertising
and Google AdWords Campaigns. Includes writing copy for business websites and social
media sites, attracting new clients, project management and invoicing.

 Developed musicians, their brands, and their craft with a concentration on artist’s
stage presence and complete show production.
Responsibilities included: writing biographies, procuring web presence and creating
social media campaigns. Advised clients on various issues relating to their career and
selecting and coordinating band members.

 Coordinated Madison County’s Court Appointed Special Advocates Program.
 Responsibilities included: supervising approximately 75 volunteers and staff

meetings, community collaboration for the best interest of children, and advocating in the
courtroom for children.

 Responsibilities included: annual budget preparation, quarterly review of financial
statements, new client acquisition, financial operations of the firm, and personnel matters.

Youth Pastor
 Established and led youth ministry.
 Made hospital calls and met other Pastoral Care needs of the congregation.
Led Worship Services and delivered sermons as needed. Spoke with various groups and
organizations on topics such as: forgiveness, self-esteem, adoption issues, and
encouragement.

Program Manager
 Managed client needs in this transitional housing facility while clients engaged in
residential programming. Responsibilities included: In-take interviews, Crisis management,
discharge planning, and follow-up.
 Taught various classes for residents of an educational and spiritual nature.
