2. STEP 1: In the Engagement Asset Hub, Click on Find an Engagement Asset
There is a table that provides pre-defined searches into iRAM. If you click on search and don’t
see any results, please make sure that you are logged into iRAM.
3. STEP 2: From the Search for Assets page in iRAM, click on the asset name
If you see no results, check to see that you are logged into iRAM.

4. STEP 3: From the Asset Page, you can select different actions to take.
PLEASE NOTE: All Assets in iRAM do not necessarily have content in iRAM. Please click on
General Details for guidance on how to access the asset.
