Professional Experience
Principal Engineer/Manager, Qualcomm Inc., San Diego, CA June 2008 – Present
GPU Use Case Architect (4/15 – Present): As part of the GPU architecture team, investigated forward-
looking technologies and use cases as well as exposing new hardware features in Vulkan, OpenGL ES,
and OpenCL
Developer Engagement Lead (11/14 – 4/15): Planned training materials and events and led support
efforts for developers making games and other graphics-intensive applications
GPU Tools Lead (6/08 – 11/14): Built a team up from 2 to 14 engineers creating highly successful
developer tools (Snapdragon Profiler, Adreno Profiler, Adreno SDK, etc.). Worked closely with customers
and multiple internal groups to ensure that the roadmap met requirements. Led education efforts for
the use of the tools, including on-site customer training and presentations at the Game Developers
Conference and other conferences.

Developed OpenGL ES 2.0 and OpenVG SDK and samples for early mobile 3D hardware
