Staff, and civilian personnel. Liaise with numerous government agencies i.e.: Federal and Provincial Judicial bodies, RCMP,
Siksika Chief and Council and the Siksika Nation Police Commission. Responsible for Budgetary matters affecting the daily
operation of the Police Service
Selected Achievements
Rebuilt marginalized Police Service for the large Aboriginal Community. Identified deficiencies, met with the stakeholders;
recommended changes in Policy and Procedures; sold changes across organization to both internal and external customers. Results:
Achieved a fully functional Police Service which stabilized the Community. Received praise from the Civic leaders of the Nation,
Provincial and Federal authorities as well as from Senior RCMP management
Investigated Homicide: Planned strategy and implemented it on an ongoing basis, analyzed all information, coordinated various

court.
