RecyCold cool packs are the more sustainable answer to
shipping sensitive products in unconditioned transport.
Various sizes of the paper pouches use a 100% biodegradable
cooling gel, freezing at about -2 º
C and suitable for indirect
food contact applications (between 2-8 º
C and - 2 to -5 º
C).
Great for single use or re-use, and easy to recycle after
discarding the gel in a sink or garden.

The pouch is recyclable as paper

with a food-safe plant-based gel

Optional: fill empty spaces
You should avoid empty spaces
in cooled shipping packages to
prevent convection. FillPak®
is a
cost-effective void fill material that
adds insulation and also prevents
shifting in the box.

Close the box with tape
Use ‘H’ taping to ensure the best
thermal protection. Your products
are now ready for shipping.
