for supporting 250+ users in 8 locations in Western Canada. Servers, PC’s, laptops, printers, VoIP phones & 
mobile communications (VPN, Cellphones/Smartphones & Cellular modems). Windows 2003/2008, 
Windows XP/7, iPhones, Blackberry’s, HP Servers, VMWare, Cisco Call Manager & Cisco Unity 
 
Describe the impact he/she had on your team/project (significant accomplishments or 
achievements):  
David was given many tasks/responsibilities/projects, provided excellent support to our employees and was 
very good at managing his time.  
 
How would you rate this candidate's performance on your team/project?   
Excellent, David is very passionate about his work and helping people 
 
How would you describe his/her work ethic (time management, organizational skills, 
punctuality/attendance, drive)? 
David is a self­starter and manages his time very effectively. David is very dependable and was always very 
punctual. 
 
How would you describe his/her communication skills (both written and verbal)? 
David was responsible for all helpdesk communications, user advisement, helpdesk reporting and systems 
documentation. All were clear and concise. 
 
How did he/she respond to criticism? 
David has great patience and is great at thinking before responding. He seems to take criticism as a need a 
need by someone for more information, because someone doesn’t understand or as a driver for him to do 
better. 
 
How would you describe his/her personality? 
David is very much a people person, he is a very good listener and is very passionate about helping others. 
 
How did he/she get along with (team members, management, clients, users)? 
See above, David is very good with people at all levels, management, clients, users and co­workers. 
 
Would you recommend this person for hire? 
Definitely! If David was living on Vancouver Island, I would hire him again myself!
