Citigroup CTI Project Management Office Jacksonville, FL Apr 2008 – Apr 2016
VP - Senior Project Manager
 I was responsible for all elements of CTI Infrastructure project management, which includes client collaboration,
resource engagement, project planning, budget and financial planning.
 During this period, I managed multiple concurrent projects for various lines of business, including Citi Cards,
Corporate Real Estate, Citi Financial, of North America, Real Estate and Mortgage and the International Consumer
Group.
 The role of the CTI Project Manager consisted of ensuring project deliverables and the meeting of business objectives
within customer timelines and budgetary or capital expense guidelines.
Completed Projects Summary:
Project Blue:
 This project involved the replacement of an obsolete internal search tool used by more than 15,000 global customer
service agents at Citi.
 The object of this project was to build a completely new architecture to support the implementation of an Oracle
search application.
 This project involved the installation and build out of 85 high capacity servers, using more than 100 terabytes of
storage.
 The transition and build out process required working with Oracle application managers, internal DB administrators,
Middleware teams and system administrators to insure adherence to all timelines and project goals.
 The capital outlay for this project was more than $7 million dollars.
 The completion of this project resulted in the implementation of a more robust, economical and response search
engine for Citi customer agents.
Project Starbuck:
 This project involved the consolidated relocation of bank credit/debit card printing operations from Texas and Florida
to a new location in Ohio.
 This interstate move required the complete floor to ceiling installation of a new operations center.
 The cost for this project was more than $17 million dollars.
 To accomplish this project, the project team had to meet with internal system teams and external vendors such as,
architects, construction companies and cabling crews.
 The successful completion of this project resulted in an overall corporate save of more $4.5 million dollars, annually.
North American Aspect Dialer Upgrade:
 This project was a $12 million technology project to replace the EOL Aspect Dialer Platform and upgrade to the
current hardware and software versions.
 The Aspect Dialer platform is a key tool for customer service and sales agents in North America.
 In this effort the project team successfully installed 75 new physical servers, 15 large VM clusters and 150 terabytes
of storage.
 After the hardware installation was completed the team was engaged in large scale testing and application
customization to ensure operational compliance with business requirements.
Citigroup Cards, Jacksonville, FL Feb 2007 – Feb 2008
Infrastructure Program Manager
 Responsible for all aspects of project management including resource allocation, project planning, and budget
adherence.
 Manage multiple projects and timelines, ensuring project deliverables and the meeting of business objectives within
schedules and budget. This position serves as a focal point for the overall offshore project manager and customer on
a project roll-out.
 My assigned projects were aimed at implementing more cost efficient back office and customer interfacing solutions
for Citi Cards financial processes.
 This was accomplished by working with global Citi affiliates at various off shore locations.
Completed Projects Overview:
 During the first 10 Months at Citi I was primarily responsible to migration of Citi financial customer service and back
office functions to global centers in India and the Philippines. This project combined the need to migrate full desktop
functionality to many diverse locations along with the requirement to ramp up North American infrastructure capacity
and world-wide network connectivity. This project helped provide Citi with a substantial glo0bal foot print while
simultaneously saving millions of dollars in operational costs.
 My secondary role in 2007 was to assist in the consolidation of the North American customer service voice
infrastructure into centralized voice pods. This was a long term project, in which I played a supporting role for the next
4 years. The successful completion of this project resulted in very large saving to the corporation and provided a
streamlined approach for handling current and future voice infrastructure requirements.
AT&T (SBC), Jacksonville, FL Nov 2004 – Feb 2007
Senior Project Manager - II
 This position is responsible for the management and successful deployment of network projects for SBC
Communications’ global banking, financial and retail customers. Successful projects frequently required the
installation of Customer Infrastructure, Nortel network systems, Cisco routers, AVVID, Avaya and ADTRAN systems.
In my 3 years at SBC, I was instrumental in increasing unit revenue margin by $700,000, annually. My successfully
