positions including General Manager and Vice President of Sales and Sales Operations,
Distribution and Health Systems. He has extensive experience in new market development, sales
management and training.

Jessie comes from a background in media with a focus on social and digital media. She began
her career in Chattanooga before moving to Atlanta and Columbia, SC, chasing stories for a
hyper-local news website. She then began recruiting writers, and lead a team of more than 100
writers in the number one news website in South Carolina. She has an extensive knowledge
social media as it is used for marketing and identifying candidates and job openings. She has
held positions in reporting, editing and marketing.
12. Doug Moore
Douglas Moore, Search Consultant
Expertise: Information Technology, Finance, Operations
Biography
Doug brings to GRN, over twenty-years of IT / Telecommunications and business development
experience working at high profile companies such as The NASDAQ Stock Market, Inc and
Boston Communications Group. In his role as the VP of Technical services at NASDAQ, he
staffed and directed teams in the development and implementation of their IT systems and
networks. His responsibilities included the Enterprise Wide Network, a high-availability, high-speed,
nationwide infrastructure which was awarded the Computer World Smithsonian award
twice, for its complex and resilient design. This high-availability architecture was the core
network and processing infrastructure used by all NASDAQ Market Makers for securities
trading worldwide.
In addition to his operational responsibilities, as a division VP, he was responsible for acquiring,
staffing and operating data centers at eight centers in the US and one in the UK. Additionally, he
was responsible for technical planning and management of the technology at the NASDAQ
Market Site broadcast facility located on Times Square in New York City.
Doug proudly served our Country in the United States Air Force.

13. Randy Tice:
Randy Tice, Search Consultant
Expertise: Manufacturing, Engineering
Biography
Randy brings to GRN over 13 years of experience as a search consultant and recruiter. He
recently retired from the United States Army, where he served for over 20 years. The first half of
his career, Randy excelled in numerous roles in Army Aviation and the last 13 years specialized
in recruiting and staffing. While serving in Army Aviation, Randy had the opportunity to serve at
many locations in the United States, Asia, Europe and the Middle East. Randy was a recruiter for
the United States Army in Panama City Beach, FL and Huntsville, AL. He was promoted to the
role as Center Commander for the Huntsville Recruiting Center in 2007 and managed the
recruiting center until 2012. From 2012 to 2013, Randy managed the Cincinnati Medical
Recruiting Center, specializing in the recruiting of physicians and healthcare professionals into
the United States Army Healthcare field.
Randy has an extensive background as a search consultant. With a vast military background,
Randy has excelled in placing people in many types of careers to include, management,
engineering and construction, human resources and administrative support, intelligence, arts and
media, legal and law enforcement, medical and emergency, arts and media, computers and
technology, mechanics, and aviation and transportation.

management, engineering, mechanics and administration, Randy is a proven talent in this

14. Heather Davis:

Heather Davis, Search Consultant
Biography
Heather Davis comes to GRN with 11 years of Environmental Sales and Marketing experience.
She has excelled in her field, receiving Presidents Club Awards and multiple promotions moving
her throughout the Southeast. She has managed more than 3,000 accounts as well as several
exclusive accounts and municipalities.
With her extensive training and knowledge in the Waste Management and Recycling field, she is
ideally suited to deliver top candidates to the very best companies within the industry. Heather’s
attention to detail and industry background gives her a perspective to the business that her
contacts find not only refreshing, but target centered for the type of hires they need in order to
drive their business forward.

Biography
Jennifer is a University of Montevallo graduate and brings to Global Recruiters of Huntsville 17
years of marketing, corporate partnership, and management experience in the advertising sales
industry. She formed strategic relationships and helped bring buyers and sellers together for
years, and now she is focusing her energy on bringing clients and candidates together with the
same passion. She is a detail-oriented problem solver who enjoys finding the best possible
