  2. 2. 1. Set out goals Before starting your workshop make sure to set out what you want to achieve. Start by explaining this at the beginning so everyone knows what the outcome should look like.
  3. 3. Setting out the scope of the workshop is key to its success. (This could be 10 ideas for the business, 15 ideas for your product launch etc.) Having your metrics defined will hope to structure your ideas session. 2. Define metrics
  4. 4. The concept is to take your goal and consider "How could I possibly cause the problem?" or "How could I possibly achieve the opposite effect?" This is called REVERSE BRAINSTORMING. e.g. you want to increase your NPS score & customer satisfaction so rephrase it as "How could we decrease our NPS score and customer satisfaction?" 3. Work backwards l
  5. 5. When you have your outcome framed start to think of ways in which you could make it worse. e.g. "How could we decrease our NPS score customer satisfaction?" Bad idea 1: - never talk or communicate to our customers 4. List ideas
  6. 6. 5. Solve problems Now solve each of your bad ideas - 'never talk or communicate to our customers' How? Show our customers we care and listen to them. Solution: launch a monthly ask our CEO anything customer survey / webinar
