After successful completion of their training new
employees come to start their job with high
enthusiasm. Sometimes managers fail to handle
them properly; resulting poor productivity or in some
cases it causes departure of those employees.

Manager assume that as they have completed their
training successfully so they must know all about
their job, they achieved enough product knowledge,
they are good enough to brief any product to their
customers, they know how to make tour plan and
how to write reports. But in most of cases their
assumption doesn’t match with reality because
employees memorized everything only to get a job
and in the meantime they forgot what they learnt in
the training, it causes frustration for both team
leaders and employees.
