Apabila mau memisahkan antara “what” dan “why we need it”, sekaligus menggarisbawahi manfaat (yaitu tercapainya brand engagemen yang tinggi), kalimatnya akan menjadi:

Marketing campaign could be for many initiatives: new product launch, brand repositioning, new USPs…
Maybe “capture” is better than “handle” in this case. What the CS Dept really capable of doing is the capturing part. That way they will be able to decide whether to handle or not, and how.
“Indirect” complaints, because any negative mentions in social media mostly aimed to SHARE with the social friends, not necessarily to the company/brand owners.
