Thank you for the opportunity to submit our proposal for the above referenced location and project
and look forward to working with you and your staff.
1. ROOF TOP OPTION.
A. INFECTION CONTROL ANT TEMP AIR SCOPE OF WORK:
1. Take room pressure readings, Temperatures and particle counts inside the pharmacy, Corridor and outside
the building.
2. Install FR-Visqueen with Zippers at the doors to the clean and dirty room.
3. Remove 1- Sky Lights at the roof top above the Pharmacy and seal with FR-Coreplastic.
4. Install Sticky Mats at the Pharmacy entrance and dirty room.
5. Install 1-1000 cfm HEPA Air Unit on the return duct work at the Roof top.
6. Install and Validate with Particle Counter: 1- 1500 CFM HEPA Air Unit to supply air into the
Main Pharmacy Room through the Sky Lights with Insulated Flex Duct.
1. Build Ante-room inside the Pharmacy break room.
7. Install 2 Moving Coolers with Insulated flex ducting, to supply conditioned cool air into the 2-
HEPA Air units on the roof top outside of the building.
8. Install Digital Manometer at the Pharmacy entrance door to monitor the main room
pressures.
9. Facility to Shut down AC-1 and Tag out/Lock out Unit.
10. Install and Validate with Particle Counter: 1-1500 CFM HEPA Air Unit into the Main Supply Ductwork for the
Clean room Supply Room and Dirty Room with an inline air flow damper. With Insulated Flex Duct.
11. Isolate any HVAC Supply Registers in the work zones.
12. Take Air Pressure Readings at the pharmacy doors and document. Before, During and After
AC-1 Shut Down.
13. Take Particle counts inside the pharmacy clean room, dirty room, main pharmacy room,
outside corridor and outside the building. Before, During and After AC-1 Shut Down.
14. Monitor and QC Temp Air Systems in place for the first 2 hours and every 12 hours after for 48 hours to
maintain pressures and temperatures.
15. Remove All Register Covers.
16. Disconnect all Temp Supply Ducting.
17. Remove Return HEPA unit from Duct, Remove Zoning and Seal.
18. Facility to remove Tag out /Lock out and turn AC-1 on.
19. Take pressure readings, Temperatures and particle counts.
20. Remove all Temp Air.
21. Install Sky Light back.
22. Take final pressure readings, Temperatures and particle counts.

ALTERNATE#1 Duct Cleaning
1. Remove all fiberglass insulation from all supply and return Plenums.
2. Install new Astro foil Insulation on all supply and return plenums.
3. Clean All Supply and Return Registers.
AIRTEK INCLUSIONS:
1. AIRTEK staff would sign-in and out at facilities daily and contact required facility personal
2. AIRTEK staff will adhere to all safety procedures and requirements from the Facility.
3. MSDS documentation will be provided and kept on site.
4. AIRTEK will provide all safety equipment and in-house equipment (HEPA Vacuum, ladders, and hand
tools) and building materials to perform our scope of work.
5. AIRTEK will provide all fire retardant materials and chemicals required to complete our scope per plans
and specs.
6. AIRTEK will photo document all scope of work areas at the start of the project, during and at the
conclusion of the project.
7. All scope of work is to be performed in the afterhours or weekend.
8. QC Monitoring (4 hours) every 12 hours for 48 hour period.
9. QC Material: Pre-Filters, Sticky Mats, Zippers and Flex Duct.
10. Sky Light removal and re-installation.
11. Night and Weekend work schedule.
AIRTEK EXCLUSIONS:
1. AIRTEK has not included any bid or performance bonds in this proposal.
2. Contractor PPE Supplies.
3. IH Services and Testing.
4. Drywall or Fire rated barriers.
5. Fire damper installations.
6. Testing and Air Balance.
