 CORTAC implements a systems engineering approach for
Management and Integration of tasks crucial to the success of

 The Program Plan begins with the identification of top-level
contract, project milestones and deliverables which represent the

 Risk parameters are documented as three-point durations and a level of confidence (High, Medium, and Low).
 A Schedule Risk Assessment is performed against the entire project or against specific events/milestones.
