Pharma firm Granules India today said its subsidiary has entered into a product in-licensing pact with US pharma Windlas, LLC to
market and distribute four products in the US. US pharma Windlas will receive milestone payments and the share of profits from
commercial sales. USpharma Windlas LLC is a joint venture between US pharma Ltd and Windlas Healthcare Pvt Ltd. It added: "US
pharma Windlas through its subsidiaries holds Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) for Fingolimod, Prasugrel, Dronedarone
and Lurasidone. USpharma Windlas believes to be a first applicant to file ANDAs containing paragraph IV certifications for three
of these products.
Technical Outlook : On daily chart, stock has given breakout of its upper band of flag pattern which is a continuation pattern of
current trend. Moreover, at this time of breakout, volume activity was also very appealing, which shows that breakout is valid. A
momentum indicator RSI reading is at 69.97 level with positive crossover, which point out for positive breath in the stock. So for
trading perspective, one could buy in the range of 140-142 for Target of 146 with SL of 138.

The Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation (CDSCO) has found Alkem Labs’ anti-diabetic drug Glimekem to be of
substandard quality. This is the third time in the past one year that the CDSCO has issued an alert for this drug. The regulator had
issued alerts in June and July of 2015. The company was then asked by the regulator to recall the specific batches from the
market. The drug, which is used to treat type-2 diabetes, has been failing the dissolution test. It is used to identify rate of
dissolution of the medicine in the blood stream in a standardised format.
Technical Outlook : On daily chart, stock has strong resistance at 1420 level, from where stock plunged for more than 200 points
after facing that resistance in past as well. Moreover, stock has formed shooting star candlestick, which is a bearish reversal
candlestick and indicates for downside movement. A momentum indicator RSI reading is in overbought zone which point out for
probable selling pressure that might hit the stock. So for trading perspective, one could Sell in the range of 1380-1387 for Target
of 1350 with SL of 1402.
US stocks retreated on Thursday after three days of gains as oil prices fell and global growth worries drove investors to safer
assets like bonds. Energy shares declined 0.5 percent as crude oil prices also snapped a three-day streak of gains, while the more
defensive S&P utilities index rose 0.9 percent, leading sector gains. "It was a cautious tone investors took, investing in utilities and
other high- dividend stocks and selling some more volatile sectors and securities, like small caps," said Tim Ghriskey, chief
investment officer of Solaris Group in Bedford Hills, New York. The Russell 2000 index was down 0.7 percent. "I think investors
are pointing to the move in stocks that we've had since mid-February as perhaps being extended from a technical standpoint, and
that caused some concern," he said.
With the global markets weak on concerns of Brexit polls nearing, Indian market is likely to be on tenterhooks Friday. US markets
ended lower with the Dow & S&P 500 snapping a three-day win streak while Asia is also negative in early trade. Back home, fall
in Infosys coupled with profit-booking and weak global cues rocked Dalal Street yesterday. The 30-share BSE Sensex plunged
257.20 points or 0.95 percent to 26763.46 and the 50-share NSE Nifty declined 69.45 points or 0.84 percent to 8203.60 while the
broader markets remained sideways. SGX Nifty indicates a flat start for the market. Analysts see Nifty support at 8050-8100 and
resistance seen 8300 to 8350.
