Petronet LNG announced that it has posted a 20 per cent decline in its net profit at Rs. 239.27 crore for the fourth quarter of
fiscal 2015-16 as against a net profit of Rs. 300.73 crore for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2014-15 in spite of getting a long-term
liquefied natural gas from Qatar’s RasGas at cheaper rates than the same quarter last year. The net revenue of the company also
fell by 15.1 per cent to Rs. 6,065.26 crore during the period under review as compared to Rs.7,161.69 crore in the same quarter
last year.
Technical Outlook : On daily chart, stock has faced resistance of its previous high which is placed at 284 level, which shows that
stock might plunge from the present level. Even stock has formed Bearish belt hold candlestick which is a bearish reversal
candlestick and indicates for downside move. A momentum indicator RSI reading is at 62.40 level with negative crossover, which
point out for negative breath in the stock. So for trading perspective, one could Sell in the range of 279-281 for the Target of 274
with the SL of 283.50.

India's largest air conditioning company Voltas Ltd on Tuesday reported a significant growth of 49.5 per cent in its consolidated
net profit after taxes (PAT) at Rs 176.43 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2016. The consolidated net profit of the
company stood at Rs 118.04 crore during the same period a year ago, Voltas Ltd said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange on
May 17, 2016. Further, its consolidated total income too grew by 27.4 per cent at Rs 1,936.58 crore during Q4 2015-16, as
compared to Rs 1,520.26 crore during the same period previous fiscal.
Technical Outlook : On daily chart, stock has given breakout of its horizontal resistance line with above average volume, which is
indicating for robust upside movement that can be seen in next few trading sessions. Moreover, stock has been trading above its
21 day moving average which is placed at 304.75 level, which shows that short to near term trend is up and stock could
accelerates its upside movement from the present level. A momentum indicator RSI reading is at 74.51 level with positive
crossover, which point out for positive breath in the stock. So for trading perspective, one could Buy in the range of 333-335 for
the Target of 340 with the SL of 330.50
In US markets, Wall Street closed lower, with the Dow Jones slumping nearly 200 points and the broader market sinking amid
gains in oil prices. This after renewed investor concerns about an expected Federal Reserve move that could imply that interest
rates could be raised as early as June. In Europe, markets finished in negative territory with major benchmarks dragged lower by
the autos industry. In the currency space, the US dollar dipped against a basket of major currencies after US inflation data failed
to convince currency traders that the Federal Reserve was moving closer to another interest rate hike. The Dow Jones industrial
average closed down 180.73 points, or 1.02 percent, at 17,529.98, the S&P 500 closed down 19.45 points, or 0.94 percent, at
2,047.21, and the Nasdaq composite closed down 59.73 points, or 1.25 percent, at 4,715.73.
The SGX Nifty, trading at 7878.00 down 31.00 points at the time of writing, indicates further weakness for Dalal Street. In day's
early trade, Asian markets opened lower, with Japan's Nikkei wavering after the country's economic growth beat expectations.
Sensex, on Tuesday, gained 120 points amid consolidation, while Nifty failed to hold 7900. In US markets, Wall Street closed
lower, with the Dow Jones slumping nearly 200 points and the broader market sinking amid gains in oil prices. This after renewed
