6. ATAWADAC, what are the next steps?
Some points to be addressed:
How do broadcasters and content providers take into account the users’
needs and the technical constraints and opportunities to provide a tailor-made
service?
Are hybrid fixed and mobile networks an answer to consumer demand or a
trend driven by the network operators? What kind of hybridisation would be
appropriate from a user perspective?
How to deal with the privacy issues?
Is interactivity a key element in the service offering?
Do the consumers and the broadcasters have the same expectations regarding
QoS on live broadcast TV and on OTT services?
How far are we from a real seamless experience?
