Description Through QDiscovery SDK, service (Qualcomm private
SDK) and interacting with LTE-Direct APIs,
implementing push to talk android application which can
interact with other push to talk application. Implementing
Incident Commander android application which can
supervise other active push to talk users and provide
proper instruction in emergency or to reply if any
emergency is required to a particular push to talk user.
