Ms. Dinah Hippolyte holds a Bsc. in Economics and Government and a Msc. in International Relations from the University of the West Indies. Her field of interest is International Development and Globalization. She has worked for over seven years in the field of trade and private sector development holding a variety of posts including Trade Policy Officer at the Caribbean Association of Industry and Commerce (CAIC) and Programme Manager for Trade Facilitation and Compliance at the St. Lucia Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Ms. Hippolyte has worked in close collaboration with Caribbean governments, trade associations , regional and international development partners.
