Consulting Project vs Training Class
1. Initiation (5W): The goal is to broadly define the project.
2. Planning (3W): Focus is developing a roadmap for team to follow.
3. Execution (10W): the team develops and completes deliverables.
4. Monitor/Control (2W): ensures that project results align with the
management plan (measuring KPI’s).
5. Closeout (1W): Project close helps a team identify things that
went well and areas for improvement
