Project Description:
Eligibility and Benefit Center application is to streamline the patient scheduling and registration process by
matching provider and patient information to confirm eligibility and benefit coverage to reduce phone calls to
company. The process includes priorauth and referral submission for any diagnosis and it sends submitted
requests to multiple systems to make them process. Through this application providers can check the status
and update the prior authorization and referral requests submitted in all means.
Business can control few business logics in the submission process from business portals.
Responsibilities:
 Participated in the design, development, and implementation of applications using PRPC.
 Collaborated with other programmers, testing team, business architects, and business users for the
delivery of software applications.
 Created Application and worked on Access Groups and Portal Creation.

Upgrade tool is developed as a wizard to streamline the application migration process from Pega 6.X to Pega
7.X version. The migration process includes skimming all rulesets in application, create and exporting product
to target system, post migration process.
This wizard needs to be imported in both source and target system. This wizard initiated by running wizard in
source system and follows the steps.
Responsibilities:
 Participated in requirement analysis, design approaches and successfully implemented it.
 Improved skimming functionality by adding technical logic to OOTB rules.
