How to create a Report
Course Reports




         In this lesson will be shown how to create and visualize course reports.
Course Reports




To create and visualize a report access to the Admin Area




                                         From the upper menu, select E-learning- Reports
Course Reports




                   This is the reports page. You can
                    visualize, edit, export, delete a
                 report from the list or you can create
                       a new one selecting New




                  Let’s try to create an users report




                 Give a name to the report and select
                      a category. Than click Next
Course Reports




                 Flag the option “Report for
                    all the users” or select
                 those you want to analyze
                          from the list
Course Reports




                 Try to relate users to Learning
                             Objects



                                              You can relate users to
                                            courses, to learning objects
                                              or make delay analysis
Course Reports




                   Select the course that
                 contains the test you want
                         to analyze
Course Reports




                 Flag the option Test
Course Reports




                 Select the options you
                 want to analyze in the
                         report
Course Reports




                       See the result.
                 Now you can send to users
                  an e-mail with their data
                   and export the report
                 selecting one of the icons
                         on the top

                                              Choose the courses you
                                                 want to analyze




                 In that case we relate courses to
                               users



                                            Select which data you want
                                                to relate to courses

                 want to analyze or flag the
                  icon Report for all the
                           users

                  Decide the time period to
                 analyze and set the options
Course Reports




                      Establish which
                 information you want to
                   display in your report




                 Decide which statistics
                   have to be shown




                 Finally check the result

                   Let’s create a report of data
                 aggregation on users and courses




                        Add a name and select a
                               category




                        Decide to aggregate data
                          on users or groups

                 Select the users to analyze
                 or flag the icon Report for
                         all the users




                 Add a filter. In that case we
                  chose to relate users to
                            courses

                  Select courses to analyze
                 and columns data to show




                  Finally check the result
