• Goal setting is the surest way to maximize
your chances of success.
• Greater chances of turning “That’s okay to

Definition of a goal
A goal is:
 A Dream (Pangarap)
 Attainable (Nakakamit)
 Measurable (Nasusukat)
 Has a Time Limit (May patnugot)
 Within your control (Kontrolado)
 In Writing (Nakasulat)
Benefits of Goal Setting
• Nagiging maliwanag sa iyo ang iyong kahinaan
upang mapaghusayan mo ang mga ito at maging
kalakasan mo
• Ginagawa kang responsible para sa iyong
ikatatagumpay o ikababagsak
• Pinaliliwanag ang katotohanan (Actions) at
inihihiwalay ito sa panaginip

• Short Term Goals – Madaling makamit, o
magawa
– (Maghugas ng plato, Mamalengke, etc.).
• Long term goals – Pangmatagalan, minsan
inaabot ito ng ilang linggo, buwan, taon o
habang buhay.
– Halimbawa: Makatapos ng College,Maging Duktor,
Magbawas ng timbang at magka-abs, etc.
Naniniwala ka ba na mayroon kang
makakamit?
• Simulan mo sa pangarap.
• Panatilihin mong buhay ang pangarap na ito at
abutin ito sa pamamagitan ng pagplano
• Huwag manatiling maghintay ng pangyayari o
magulat kung ano ang nangyari
• Maging tao na nagpapangyari

hinaharap kung ano sila at papaano sila
makakarating dito
