Conduct driver’s tool box talk with the safety manager to update drivers on safe driving
methods.

journey related issues the drivers could be experiencing.
Creation and management of daily and weekly vehicle schedule, to ensure that client’s
targets and schedules are met to their satisfaction.
Allocated cargo to the fleet in conformity to the existing government rules and
regulations.
