2. Introducing group singing into your
organisation or community can be
transformative.
It has been proven through multiple
studies that singing in a group benefits
your physical and psychological health
and general well being.
Not only does it affect individuals, it
can transform established groups.
Singing workshops can be used:
ff to create a sense of togetherness
ff to soften hierarchy
ff to increase vocal confidence
ff to explore leading/following
ff to create a closer connection
between participants
ff for pure fun & play
ff to improve well-being
ff to explore authenticity
ff as an energiser
ff to celebrate
Dom turned a nervous bunch of management consultants
into a competent choir in under an hour. It wasn’t toe-
curlingly excruciating, in fact, it was the most fun I’ve
had at the office for a long time.
