Program Description
• Provide vision services to Latino population in South
Philadelphia.
• Partner with existing agency, Puentes de Salud:
o To provide supplemental eye health services
o To benefit from the existing relationships with the Latino
community.
• Fully equipped Mobile van
• Puentes de Salud: Mondays & Wednesdays
• Community center: Tuesdays & Thursdays.
o Will be staffed by paid and volunteers

is to supplement the health services of
Puentes de Salud by providing optical health
education and vision care services as a
means of enhancing the quality of life of
