Presentation of the Twinning modality at the INTER PARES inaugural conference: 11-12 July, 2019 @ the European Parliament in Brussels, Belgium. Details of the Hellenic-Serbian Twinning project have been shown, along with scores of good and bad practice. Finally, a set of lessons learned has been presented.
