Our topic today: Bring It Back: How and Where You Should Look to Integrate it is part of the Admin II Track – Advancing to the next level My name is Ursula Llabres, Customer Success Manager at salesforce.com With me I also have two customer heroes: Ellen Prokopow, EnerNOC Catherine Otocka, Salary.com, Inc. I will introduce them in more detail in a minute.
