I am Andrew [Drew] Marshall, the Principal of Primed Associates, LLC. My primary focus is on helping my clients’ innovation, product development and project management teams get unstuck so they can deliver value to their customers as quickly as possible. I work on installing innovation performance systems as an integrated part of my clients’ strategy implementation efforts. Other areas of focus include: organizational process analysis and change management, organizational communication systems design, operations improvement efforts, and mentoring and coaching services within clients.
