creamy flavour with a sweet and buttery aroma and
are well suited for many baking recipes and

Our Gourmet Vanilla
Our authentic grade A vanilla beans are black,
plump and pliable with a moisture level of about
30% and average length of 6” to 7” inches
(approximately 16-18 cm).

Our products are locally handcrafted with the

Madagascar vanilla beans and source local
Canadian ingredients wherever possible.

Born in Madagascar and based in Toronto, we are Aina and
Nomena, childhood friends who founded Vanilla & Spice. We aim to
provide Canadians with the highest quality vanilla beans and
products. We source our vanilla directly from small local producers
in Madagascar and handcraft our premium products in Toronto.
