and methods, we believe in creating and
setting our trends. We carryout an extensive
study of the requirement of the client and what
makes us unique is the involvement
ofprofessional EHS personals in conducting
those requirement studies.
Although the criterion might define a position
as a 'Safety Officer” and hundreds might
qualify for the criterion, but in EHS , the key
elements to be considered, as an example, shall
be.
Do the qualifications match the
requirements of the job, for example a
Safety Officer with a Mechanical Degree
might not be suitable on a project involving
civil works.
Previous work experience and achievement
Matching the personality profile of the
candidate with the personality profile of the
client.
Assessing capabilities to ensure that
candidate has a personality to fit at the level
of management, where the position is
required.
Suitability and Competency of Candidate: Assessing suitability of candidates through tests.
Candidate and Client Interaction: Arranging for candidate's interaction with client.
Referral Checks & Verification: Performing reference checks and authentication of qualification and
competency for the finalized candidates.
As now-a-days, lot of Institutions engaged in under taking are distributing Certificates, Diploma and
Degree Courses in the field of Environment & Safety, some of them are not matching the criteria
prescribed in the Factories Act, 1948 or BOC, 1996. But, due to lack of time or work pressure, companies
are unable to check their validation.
