Victoriya Demidova Mentoring and Peer Support is one of the projects UzTEA Samarkand branch runs to create an encouraging environment for EL teachers’ professional development. My poster reflects features of the project and contains activities from mentoring and peer support sessions which I hope my colleagues will find interesting and applicable to their teaching context.
