INTRODUCTION
To ensure the peace and
order at San Jose National High
School, the school administration
in cooperation with the Parents-
Teacher Association and students
aim to implement the following
rules and regulations.
10. FIRST CATEGORY
7/1/20XX
A. DepEd Order No. 65, s. 2010 permits the wearing of school
uniforms of the students to avoid added expenses and so the
following are implemented:

1. For Female Junior High School students: box pleated
checkered yellow green skirt and necktie with logo, white blouse
with collar, black shoes and white socks.
2. For Male Junior High School students: black pants (slacks),
white polo with school logo on the left pocket and black shoes.
JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL (JHS)
1. For Female Special Science Class students: box pleated
checkered gray skirt and necktie with logo, white long sleeve
blouse with collar, black shoes and white socks.
2. For Male Special Science Class students: brown pants (slacks),
white polo with school logo on the left pocket and black shoes.
SPECIAL SCIENCE CLASS (SSC)
1. For Female Senior High School students: box pleated
checkered green skirt and necktie with logo, white blouse with
collar, black shoes and white socks.
2. For Male Senior High School students: black pants (slacks),
white polo with school logo on the left pocket.
SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL (SHS)

• P.E uniform will only be used during P.E classes in MAPEH
or in field demonstrations if needed.
• Students can also wear working/workshop clothes during
TLE/TVL classes or as the need arises.
B. Male students are not allowed to wear earrings while the
female students are allowed to wear only one pair of earrings,
stud or dangling.
C. All students must have an appropriate hairstyle. Male
students must maintain a proper haircut. Checking of haircuts
will be done regularly. All students must maintain their natural
hair color and refrain from dyeing unnatural colors.
D. Putting on bold makeup is strictly prohibited. Only students
who specialize in Hairdressing are allowed if required.
E. Wearing of Identification card/ID inside the school premises is
a must. Refrain from tampering your ID (e.g., putting stickers,
using different photo). ID’s are free of charge. Borrowing of ID is
strictly prohibited.

F. Students are required to attend and participate in the Flag
Raising Ceremony every Monday morning and Flag lowering
every Friday afternoon.
G. Attend Classes Regularly. Be punctual, avoid being late.
H. Leaving the campus without permission (e.g., cutting classes
and “over the bakod”) is strictly prohibited.
I. Students should avoid loitering, shouting, playing, running and
engaging in any rowdy behavior while classes are on-going.

SECOND CATEGORY
A. DepEd Order No. 20, s. 1991 prohibits the operations of Fraternities and
Sororities in all public and private elementary and secondary schools. Participate
only in the authorized school organizations such as BSP, GSP, all clubs in different
subject areas, SSG and Legitimate organizations.
B. DepEd Order No. 73, s. 2010 prohibits alcoholic drinks, smoking inside the
school premises, bringing, persuading, forcing, selling and use of prohibited drugs.
C. DepEd Order No. 40, s. 2012
1. Prohibits alcohol drinks, smoking inside the school premises, bringing,
persuading, forcing, selling and use of prohibited drugs.
2. Students should not damage school properties also Vandalism is prohibited.
3. Fighting, hitting or hurting others in any form in or outside school premises.
4. Students must not be involved in immorality and sexual abuse or any other form
of abuse.

1. Leading and participating in activities that cause students
absenteeism.
2. Threatening persons in authority like teachers, students,
guards and others.
3. Cheating and stealing.
4. Forging signatures in school forms like enrolment forms,

5. Dating/public display of affection inside the school campus.

using cellular Phones during class hours.

FIFTH CATEGORY
1. Anti-Bullying - (DepEd Order No. 55 s. 2013) Or the
Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No.
10627 Otherwise known as Anti-Bullying Act of 2013 (Strict
Prohibition of Bullying)
1.1 Cyber Bullying - Covers communication through
technology such as text, email, Facebook, messenger or
others social media that can hurt someone or damage
his/her reputation.
2. TAPING - during class hours- Audio or Video taping is strictly
prohibited during class hours except if it is allowed/permitted by
the teacher. Bear in mind, that taping is copyrighted and
therefore illegal this includes cellular phone recording devices.
Punishment may start from public apology or community
service to suspension or recommendation for expulsion.
Based on the decision of the principal, a student who made an
offense maybe:
a. Assigned to offer services to the school as well as submit a
written letter signed by the parent.
b. Invite parents to the office of the principal to discuss the
case, if needed.

SIXTH CATEGORY
Visitors to secure visitor's pass from the guards on duty upon entry,
present a valid ID card in exchange for the visitor's pass. The visitor should write
his/her name in the visitor's logbook.
PROTECTION & CARE FOR THE WELFARE OF PARENTS,
VISITORS, EMPLOYEES AND STUDENTS
The following are strictly prohibited:

19. ENTRANCE AREA:

1. There will be a separate entrance and exit
points. If the school campus only has one
entrance way, only one person will be allowed
at a time to enter or exit.
2. Every student will go through temperature
check and hand sanitizing before entering and
exiting the school campus.
3. Fill out the log-in and out form and health
forms prior to entry.
4. Wash your hands to the nearest hand
washing area.

COMFORT ROOMS &
HAND WASHING AREAS
1. Follow social distancing markers in queuing during
washing of hands or using comfort rooms.
2. Hand washing and hand sanitizing will be practiced as
often as necessary.
3. One student per sink will be observed.
4. Use the comfort rooms before classes to avoid going
out during classes.
4. Use disposable paper towels for drying of hands.

AFTER CLASS:
1. Sanitize your seats/area before leaving.
2. Students will be dispersed one at a time in 5 minutes interval during
dismissal time.
3. Follow arrow markers for one-way lane and social distancing markers
for entrance and exit queue.
4. Every student will go through temperature check and hand sanitizing
prior to leaving the school campus.
5. To limit human interaction, parents, guardians, and authorized
fetchers must pick up their student by the school’s entrance on the
specified time.
We discourage waiting outside the school to prevent gathering of
crowds.
6. Advice parents/guardians to be on time on picking up and
immediately go straight home after.
We discourage going to other places after school to minimize
exposure outside and decrease risk
