DSM Vision
In 2020, all European retailers and wholesalers can
operate in a level playing field within the EEA,
irrespective of borders, using omnichannel the way that
is most beneficial for them and the consumers.
Focus Areas
In practice, this requires full harmonization of consumer
rights, product conformance requirements and seller
duties and responsibilities. This will lead to reduced
complexity of regulation throughout the Single Market.
