3. Usability and Design
 This is a web based application for patients which can be
accessed anywhere and can integrate with Allscripts AEHR.
A healthcare provider can monitor his/her patient’s progress
and can also send them alerts when results fall above or
below the established threshold.
 It will also educate the patient based on daily meal and
exercise data & correlations.
