and effective observation and feedback has
got great effort in making things happen for
a better learning and teaching.
The observation and
feedback…

of developing their own professional
expertise.

to do things in systematically
 It helps the teacher to develop the
week area and be a quality teacher for
better leaning and teaching.

their teaching profession.
 The classroom observation should be made
regularly so that timely feedback would help
a teacher to give his/her best for the
children.
 It would help the head of the institution
to find about whether the teacher has met
the standard relating to teaching
methodology and in his/her approach in
teaching and learning.
 When considering the importance of the
observation it is one of the factors that
means a lot in running of an schools in
successful path.
 Often the teachers thing that observation by
the head of the institution is a kind of a
inspection and they feel they are threatened
but it is other way about it.
 It does help the teacher to improve the
weaker areas so that they become master of
teaching.
 Timely observation will
make the teachers to be
alert in their teaching
profession.
 One of the most difficult
jobs is evaluating.
 The quality of what we
have seen and using this
help teaches identify and
build on what is working
well and what we need to
be improved.
 Some of the skills that would
help the teachers to do their
best.
 The skill for observation will
help the head to have cordial
relationship that would make an
conducive climatic condition in
the teaching learning.
1. Intimate the teachers that observation will
be made any day during school hours.
2. Make the teachers understand and make
them agreeing a purpose
3. Follow different methods that would help
you to give positive feedback.
4. It helps the teachers to take things in a

4. Give feedback both written and orally
5. Never use personal grievance when
feedback is given
6. Make the teacher to work in workable
atmosphere
7. Never criticize them in the presence of the
staff or students

 Well every teacher must
understand the reason for

not to find fault, it is to help
them do their profession with
best of ability.
 This observation will help
both head of the institution
and staff to be more
accountable to their teaching
profession.
