Lifesharing; A Donate Life Organization; 2002 – Present
Lead Tissue Coordinator/AOC. Harry Celestin, Tissue Director. 619-218-2757.
Experience managing all aspects of the Tissue Donation Process for transplant,
research and medical education.
 Tissue Donation Coordinator: Manage all aspect of the tissue donation
process including authorization, donor suitability, and tissue recovery.
 Administrator on call: suitability review of tissue donors and deployment
of staff. Development of on call schedule ensuring appropriate equitable
coverage of all shifts.
 Preceptor for all Tissue Review and Recovery Coordinators. Serve as
main trainer for annual competency training, new employees, and new
implemented processes to ensure that minimum training requirements
were being met.
 Tissue recovery of musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, joint restoration,
split and full thickness skin recovery and adipose recovery. Ensure that
the tissue recovered is of the highest quality by adherence to the
standard recovery procedures.
 Quality Review chart completion in a timely manner while maintaining
confidentiality of all records.
 Family Services Coordinator: donor authorization approach and donor
risk assessments.

 Development and implementation of on call schedule of multiple
departments ensuring coverage for Family Services, Tissue Coordinators,
