2. I. HLBaseball
Home League Baseball Inc. (HLBaseball) is an internet based company
(HLBaseball.com/HLbeisbol.com) that brings entertainment, information, social network and
many others amenities to baseball lovers around the world. HLBaseball brings a pack of
entertainments that will satisfy the demands of all baseball lovers.
Into the amenities brought by HLBaseball are:
1. The virtual League of World Baseball tournament: A virtual world baseball league
with 72 teams (25 countries and 47 US states) where the teams’ players will be the
user of the website (see details in section II below).
2. Shop online: The baseball lovers would be able to buy their favorite baseball items.
3. Play baseball game online vs others HLBaseball users: Users can challenge others
online users and create their own championship tournament and selecting the players
they want. They will be able to probe their skills taken decisions as a team’s general
manager and team manager (coach). Each victory will be counted and recorded in the
user’s profile as all-time victories.
4. Play baseball online vs the computer: users can play interesting games versus the
computer. They will have the opportunity to demonstrate others that they are good to
lead a baseball team to the excellence by taken the best decisions during the game.
Victories will be counted and recorded in the all-time victories.
5. HLBaseball Games recap and news: Each finished game will have the summary of the
action: The picture(s) of the most valuable players of the game, the most interesting
moments and highlighting the best moment of the game. The users will be the main
characters of the news.
6. Professional leagues around the world results and relevant news: The baseball
lovers will be able to find the games results from all worldwide professional leagues:
(MLB, Japan, DR, PR, South Korea, Taiwan, Venezuela, Mexico, Australia, China, Etc.).
7. Users and team’s profile: Each hlbaseball user will have their own profile which will
include relevant situations during their careers in the league: season statistics, all time
statistics, records, awards, biography, messages, email, etc. Also, each team will have
their own profile: wins-loss average and general statistics per season and all time, the
roster, the team’s godmother, relevant information and news (sports and local news)
about the state/country, etc.
8. Chat room: The users will be able to get real time conversation with other players by
entering to the different chat rooms in the website. The users may choose the room they

3. like the most. The users can also create their own groups and invite family, friends, and
contacts to the room.
9. Sound (transmissions of some games): In the first season of the world tournament, at
least one game per day will include sound transmission. Play by play will be live
narrated, so the users will be able to follow each play of an entire game.
10. Players’ Statistics: The users/players will be able to track their statistics for each
season. They will have the opportunity to set records in the first season, and also the
opportunity to break records in eventual seasons. They may compete to be the head of
offensive departments, such as Home run, RBI, Runs, single, average, double, stole
base, etc., for a single season and for all time leadership too.
11. Instructive (video, slides, etc.) for starter, amateurs and professional baseball
players: The website will include instructive materials (video, presentation, etc.) for
users who want to become real baseball players and also for coaches and managers.
The instructive will include coaching explaining how to handle different situations during
baseball games. For example, how to pitch a curve ball, a fastball, how to pull the ball to
the appositive side of the hitter, how to make a double plays in different situations, when
to opt for a bunt, for a hit a run, for a stolen base, etc.
12. Uploading topics, pictures, video, articles, etc. to a public wall: The website will
include a wall where all users can be able to publish comments, to write funny and/or
interesting message, to upload pictures, video, articles, etc. The wall is public, so every
user would be able to access to the wall for reading and adding comments on them.

II. The virtual league of World Baseball tournament
One of the best attractive that HLBaseball brings is the Virtual League of World Baseball
Tournament. Millions of people around the world love baseball and they would wish:
1. To have the opportunity to be part of a professional baseball team, as a fantasy:
 See their name in a startup line up of the game.
 See their picture while get one at bat and knowing that others around the world
are also seeing them.
 Enjoy each hit they connect in the game.

 To follow up in a daily basis their own season and/or historical statistics and
compare them to the statistics of others players who are competing for the
same leadership.

3. To wear a real world champion ring
 To be part of the world champion team and show the champion ring to their
family and/or contacts.

4. To be interviewed and appear in the cover of the daily hlbseball.com news and
knowing that others around the world are also seeing them in the news.

III. HLBaseball will become real the dream of millions of baseball lovers.
HLBaseball brings the first Interactive World Virtual Baseball League, for free, where the
players could be anybody who has access to a smartphone, a PC or a tablet. It does not matter
if you are female, a child, a senior, handicap, famous, a busy person, etc. You can become a
famous baseball player and participate in a worldwide baseball league.
The baseball lovers have the opportunity to represent their country or U.S. states in a world
baseball tournament compound by two (2) leagues with two (2) divisions 18 teams each for a
total of 72 teams (25 countries and 47 U.S. states). They will follow and track their actuations
in a season with 158 games (Each 9 inning game last an average of 15 minutes)
The baseball lovers will be able to review the final box score and check the summary of their
own actuation, as well as their friends, family and contacts.

5. With statistics similar to real professional baseball games, they will have the opportunity to
participate in the year basis world baseball tournament and follow up their own statistics, and
why not, set offensive records.
They would be fighting to win the leadership on different categories: More Valuable Player
(MVP), Home run, Run Batted In, Average, Slugging, Double, Stolen Base, Run, Triple, Single,
Era, Pitcher of the year, Etc. And win real awards: Medals, rings and more.
Baseball lovers would be able to compare their statistics vs the ones of their family, friends,
contacts, and others players around the world.
They will be able to watch and follow their season and all time statistics, and .looking for any
season and/or all-time records.
The registration will be FOR FREE in HLBaseball.com/HLBeisbol.com or by downloading the
applications.
During the registration they will be able to complete their profile and chose their player number
and team. They should search the participation rules and then find the schedule for the season
games.
The date when their team will play they should get online prior the game to be into the first nine
(9) users to participate in the game.
The first nine (9) users online will be the starters. The manager will build the line up using those
nine players.
In case the user goes beyond nine, they would have the option to change team for that day and
look for any uncompleted team for that specific day. Or they would have the option to keep in
the roster to be used as relievers or to replace any injury or ejected player during the game.
We have two possible start dates for the tournament on September 27th or October 3th
of year 2015.
