Origin
owned vineyard in Fiume Veneto.
Grapes:
30 % Friulano
50 % Chardonnay
15 % Sauvignon
5 % other grapes.
Characteristic
Straw yellow, the nose recalls golden apples,
the crust of fresh bread and white-fleshed
peaches.
In the mouth the sensations experienced in the
nose are confirmed with a good balance between
acidity, softness and structure.
Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with fish
(raw or cooked), appetizer (cold cuts and chees)
and simple main courses.
Served at 10-12°C in tulip glasses
3. VINESIA RED
R O S S O IGP DELLE VENEZIE

Grapes:
50 % Merlot
40 % Cabernet Sauvignon & Franc
10 % other grapes.
Characteristic
Ruby red color. Intense aroma, vinous with hints of
blackberry and wild berries. In the mouth it is
smooth, balanced, with an accent of tannin that
makes you want to drink. Coupled with starters
such as cold cuts, medium-aged cheese and pasta
dishes. Excellent with preparations of white and
red meat in general. Serve in large glasses at a
temperature of 18 ° C.
4. VINESIA ROSE'
R O S È IGP DELLE VENEZIE

50 % Merlot
50 % Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso
Characteristic
Pink cherry load. Intense bouquet with hints of red
fruit such as blackcurrant, blackberry and
raspberry. In the mouth has good acidity in
contrast with the softness and the aromatic
sensations perceived in the nose back. Combined
with preparations of fish, hors d'oeuvres, soups,
fresh cheese and pizza. Serve in tulip glasses at
12-14 ° C.
