Efficy CRM v.10.1 new features
EFFICY CRM 10.1 has 2 maingoals:
 Offer deeper integration between Efficy CRM & Peak Me Up Mobile App.
 Give you more insights about your data thanks to a new version of the CRM Intelligence Module
1 – A deeper integration between Efficy CRM & Peak Me Up sales coaching App
The first version of the integration will all Efficy & Peak Me Up user to work more smoothly:
 Linking between Peak Me Up actions types to certain entity states in Efficy. This will allow to use the
same rules between Efficy CRM & Peak Me Up.
 Generate Peak Me Up actions from Efficy when these entities reach certain states in Efficy (ex:
numbers of calls, meetings… filled in Efficy CRM).
 Feeding Efficy CRM with Peak Me Up data (ex: new sales opportunities…).
 Visualize information from Peak Me Up in Efficy (ex: number of sales opportunities, actions to check…).
Thanks to this deeper integration, Peak Me Up will be fully integrated into Efficy CRM:
Note:
- Peak Me Up can be used as a stand alone app, or used with Efficy CRM or used by a third party CRM.

- Efficy will integrate the Peak Me Up products & action catalogue in Conficy.
2 - Simplify Efficy Customization & daily use
1. MS Outlook improvement.
Efficy MS Outlook integration will now offer a simpler buttons customization.
For instance, it will allow you to create quickly a button in MS Outlook to transform an email in a case, or whatever
type of entity you may need:
The MS Exchange integration will now synchronize the “all day” event in both directions (ex: Meetings…).
Efficy agenda will also manage “Out of office” appointments.
2. Excel like filter grids in in lists
The filtering will allow you to filter easily your data “on the fly” to display only interesting data :

3. Ready to use HTML custom entities in Conficy
This will allow you to quicly customize Efficy CRM, as a new entity (ie : cars, insurance…), will be created
automatically in Conficy.

Efficy 10.1 will also include: Encode Decode Mime64, Split Acti and Task by icon in entitypicker…
And also few visual improvements, like flags for undone tasks or first action on a record :
