Emeka Chukwu has over 10 years technology for development experience, and expertise in health software project design, configuration, testing, documentation, deployment, training and management. He has participated in several digital health researches – point of care, mobile health insurance, policy, legislation, capacity, and National architecture. He has implementation knowledge of mobile financial systems in Nigeria and Kenya. He participated in and supported the establishment of appropriate enabling environment for strategic scale up of ICTs in Health in Nigeria including the collaborative drafting of the Nigeria’s eHealth strategy at ICT4SOML.
