This document describes the DORO skull clamp system, which provides increased stability for patients during surgery. It has a new mechanical design that ensures improved rigid skull fixation. The system allows for stable three-point fixation of the head in prone, supine, lateral, and sitting positions. It is suitable for both children and adults. The system includes adjustable clamps, pins, pads, and accessories to customize fixation.
