An online Skills Assessment system to display the complete functional
skills dictionary of the vertical and allows the employee to do a self-
assessment of the skills mapped to his/her role
4 different variants of the assessment interventions, were developed.
Each variant for Business Managers, Finance vertical, Customer Support
vertical and HR vertical.
The system generated the final assessment PDF, accessible to the
employee and RM, was used to discuss the individual development
plans.
At a collated level, the FSA database created an entire inventory of the
functional knowledge/skill development needs required to address the
gaps identified across the vertical. This helped in planning the
development interventions.
