Kris G. Munsch, an assistant professor at Fort Hays State University, writes a letter of recommendation for Ethan McKinney for an upcoming internship. Munsch has known Ethan as a student and employee and recommends him for three reasons: he has an excellent work ethic as he is always willing to take on tasks; he is a natural born leader who can motivate others to work with him; and he has practical common sense to apply his knowledge. Munsch believes Ethan will make a great project manager in the future and highly recommends him for the internship.

To whom it may concern:
It's my pleasure to write a letter of recommendation for Ethan McKinney in regards
to his upcoming internship. I've known Ethan as a college student in class and as an
employee. I highly recommend him for the following reasons.
You will struggle finding a young man with a better work ethic. Ethan is always the
first to hold up his hand, offer some guidance or have hammer in hand ready to take
on a task on the job site. He's not afraid to ask questions but in the same breath, he's
not afraid to figure it out on his own.
Secondly, I find Ethan a natural born leader. He's not someone who struggles with
telling others what needs to be accomplished and due to his superb work ethic, he
will work along with those he's leading. This naturally sets up an environment
where others want to work for him.
Third, Ethan is just a down to earth, common sense and practical kind of man. I
think a person can have all the knowledge in the world and if that can't apply it in an
everyday way, it's hard to getthings done. Youwill find Ethan as the opposite, he
has the foundational knowledge and can apply it. Ethan will make a GREATproject
manager someday.
I highly recommend Ethan for the above qualities and many more that he will model
if given the opportunity. Ifyou have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to
contact me at 785-628-4315 or kgmunsch@fhsu.edu.
