l Delivery capability measured by scale of operations, scope, technology solution, delivery footprint,
and buyer satisfaction
Announcing the 2015 R2R Market Leaders
Accenture, Genpact, IBM, TCS, and Wipro are the current

on their market successes and R2R delivery capabilities.
The 2015 PEAK Matrix for R2R BPO is based on ~650 active
