Millennium Development Goals: Pu3ng People First 18 Structure 24 States – N10Bn (50% counterpart contribuEon from States) will go to extreme poor households with children 0-‐15 years & pregnant women. • 56,500 households receive N5,000 per month for 12 months. They will receive N100,000 and business training during the program to aid in enterprise start up. Criteria for SelecNon Human Capacity Development Index broken down to state level and Poverty Mapping were used – • Five poorest LGAs, five poorest wards in the LGAs with the selecEons of the poorest households within the wards. Before the renovaEon the roof of the classrooms has been blown away by the wind, making it difficult for teachers and students alike to concentrate in class.

The 20,000-‐litre solar-‐powered borehole constructed in the Masaga B community in Bida LGA is a popular place in the evenings for children and adults alike, who all come to fetch the clean, MDGs-‐provided water. The borehole was funded under the CGS 2009 State Track Projects.
